Mobile App and Geolocation Privacy
Our Oregon State Credit Union mobile banking app collects, transmits, and uses geolocation, product interaction information, and interactions with marketing messages, for marketing and fraud prevention purposes, but only if you expressly authorize collection of such information. You may choose whether geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background, only while the app is being used, or not at all. You can change your location WIFI, and Bluetooth permissions and connections at any time in your device settings.

To delete your Oregon State Credit Union mobile/online banking user profile, please contact our Call Center by phone at 541-714-4000 or visit a branch between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also use an online request form at our Contact Us page.
