We want to provide a more modern, flexible, and user-friendly digital banking experience that better meets members’ needs today and into the future. Your feedback helped shape this upgrade. We’ve been listening to our members — what they like and don’t like about our current system — and we’ve chosen a new and improved platform designed with you at the center.
The transition to our new digital banking solution includes the integration of industry leading security features and greatly improved system uptime. The new platform allows for regular security and system upgrades and maintenance without requiring downtime, so members continue to enjoy uninterrupted access even when we’re making improvements.
The upgrade is planned for Summer 2026. Exact dates will be posted here as soon as they’re finalized.
For many members, you’ll be able to use your current username(s) at first login, making it feel relatively seamless! For joint owners, who will now have their own digital banking profile, they’ll just complete a couple of quick steps to get logged in and ready to roll! We’ll share simple login instructions as we get closer to launch.
Yes. A redesigned mobile app will be part of the new and better experience! We’ll share quick and easy instructions for logging into the redesigned app as the launch gets closer. We know you’ll enjoy having a much more powerful digital banking experience, right at your fingertips.
Yes. Your account information and statements will remain available. We’ll provide more details about what you can expect during the transition.
Most scheduled items will transfer automatically to the new platform, but closer to launch we’ll provide a clear list of what will move over and what may need your attention.
Yes! Business members will log into an entirely new and improved digital experience as well, with enhanced features and tools (many of which are noted above). We’ll share more details specific to business members as we get closer to launch.
For most members, no significant action is needed before launch. We’ll be reaching out to a small percentage of our members to ask them to respond with their specific account ownership preferences in the weeks ahead. This will help provide additional benefits to them as they log into the new system.
