Avoid the $3 paper statement fee to be applied to Value Checking and Rewards Checking accounts starting January 1, 2025. Here’s how to get your monthly and Visa credit card account statements online:
- Enroll in online banking so you can sign in to your accounts online, then set up and manage your online services.
- View your statements online with either of these options:
- 1) Log into online banking on your computer. Navigate to Additional Services > Statements > Profile, change your delivery type to Electronic, put in your email address, and click Submit.
- 2) Log into our mobile app. Tap the More menu on the bottom right. Tap Statements. Tap on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top right. Tap Profile. Change your delivery type to Electronic, put in your email address, and tap Submit.
- After sign-up, you won’t receive paper statements, newsletters or notices in the mail. Instead, you’ll receive them electronically in your online banking account.
Estatements benefit you and the environment
- Safe and secure estatements help you protect your identity and can be viewed, saved on your computer, or printed anytime.
- Get email notifications when your statements are available, usually a couple days in advance of paper statements in your mailbox.
- Access statement archives for up to two years.
